·       Products that are damaged or faulty

·       Orders that arrive incomplete

·       All returns must be returned in their original packaging, and in the condition which they were received.

Please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 working days of delivery to request an item return. 

Credit may be returned to you in the following ways:

·       As an exchange (as appropriate) for another item from www.joy-keeper.com

·       As a refund to your account in Fervente

Please note: If you have changed your mind after receiving your purchases, you must send the items back to us within 3 days of delivery, using any shipping company of your choice, at your expense.
